Terms & Conditions
1.General
These terms and conditions are applicable to the contractual relationship and all the obligations between Youseum, on the one hand, and You, on the other hand. No derogation is valid unless with prior written consent of Youseum.
2.Definitions
Unless otherwise clearly evident from the context or the circumstances, the following terms shall have the meaning set forth below.
Exhibition Venue
The locations within the Venue intended for photos and video shoots.
Personal data
Has the meaning given to such term in relevant EU and national data protection laws that are applicable to the Services and You.
Services
Any product or service provided online or physically by Youseum through, including but not limited to, Youseum’s online ticket shop, Youseum’s website and at the Venue.
The Staff
Anyone representing the Venue and who is identifiable as such.
You
You as individual buying any product, admission ticket or Service at the Venue Shop, Youseum’s online ticket shop and/or using Youseum’s website.
Youseum
Youseum AB, Reg. no. 559360-5297, the company responsible for the management and operation of the Venue and the Services.
Venue
The Youseum building at Loading dock 3: Råsta Strandväg 13 C, 169 79, Solna, Sweden, including all areas such as the Venue Shop.
Venue Shop
The physical Youseum shop located within the Venue.
Visitor
Any individual entering the Venue to visit the Exhibition Venue and/or attend an event.

4. Purchase of admission tickets and products
4.1 Youseum publishes admission prices through its proprietary channels, on the Youseum’s website and through direct communications. The prices are in SEK and include VAT. Youseum reserves the right to revise the prices listed through such channels at any time. Youseum cannot be held responsible for incorrect publication of admission prices by third parties.
4.2 Admission tickets can be purchased at the Venue, on the Youseum’s websiteor from one of the Venue’s official resellers.
4.3 A Visitor will be eligible for a discounted admission fee if he or she meets the applicable conditions. The Staff may ask for proof of ID for the discounted admission fee. If the Visitor cannot produce a proof of ID or the proof of ID is not valid, the Visitor will be charged the regular admission price.
4.4 A Visitor who has purchased an admission ticket will not be entitled to a refund or any kind of compensation in case of loss or theft of the ticket.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Rebooking
5.1 You have the right to cancel a purchase made through Youseum’s website without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date You receive confirmation of your order (after purchases of e.g. a digital gift voucher) from Youseum or take physical possession of a product (e.g. when You receive the product at the address provided in connection with the purchase or you collect it from the applicable post office).
5.2 To exercise Your right of withdrawal You need to send a message to Youseum about Your decision to cancel the purchase. This can be done by post or e-mail, using the contact details given in section 3. If You prefer You can use the standard form published by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Sw. Konsumentverket), located at https://publikationer.konsumentverket.se/kontrakt-och-mallar/angerblankett. To exercise Your right of withdrawal in time, all You need to do is inform Youseum that You intend to exercise the right of withdrawal before the end of the 14 days’ time limit.
5.3 If You exercise your right of withdrawal, Youseum will reimburse the purchase amount paid to Youseum without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date Youseum is informed that You intend to exercise Your right of withdrawal. Youseum will use the same method of payment as You used, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with Youseum. You must pay for the return shipping. Products that are sealed are only covered by the right of withdrawal if the sealing is unbroken.
5.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of admission tickets. Youseum offers the possibility to exchange the date on the admission ticket. A change of the date of admission must be done through Youseums website.
6. Opening Hours
6.1 Youseum publishes its opening hours through its proprietary channels, Youseum’s website and through direct communications. Youseum reserves the right to change previously published opening hours without Visitors being entitled to a refund of the price paid for their admission ticket. Youseum cannot be held responsible for (incorrect) publication of opening hours by third parties.
Part of the Venue may be closed to Visitors on certain occasions for certain reasons including but not limited to:

Such partial closure of the Venue will not entitle Visitors to a refund of the admission price. When a substantial part of the Venue is closed to Visitors, there will be a notice on the website and by the entrance.
7. Visits
7.1 Visitors are encouraged to take pictures or shoot video. Commercial shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional photo/video equipment, including but not limited to additional lightning and tripods, are strictly prohibited without advance written approval and accompaniment from Youseum representatives.
7.2 Visitors must conduct themselves in the Venue in compliance with the standards of public order and with the, from time to time, current Venue rules, while always abiding by the instructions of Staff. Visitors may be denied access to the Venue without being entitled to a refund of the admission fee or other costs incurred if Visitors fail to follow the rules or instructions of the Staff.
7.3 Parents or supervisors of under-age children, either in organized groups or not, are responsible for the children’s behaviour.
7.4 Smoking is not permitted inside the Venue. Consuming of food and/or drinks from outside the Venue is not permitted inside the Venue.
7.5 Pets are not admitted, except for official guide and assistance dogs.
7.6 The Exhibition Venue can be accessed with small rucksacks or handbags, provided these are hand-carried or worn on the front. Large backpacks, handbags or other bags can be left at the cloakroom. What qualifies as large and small is at the discretion of the Staff. Visitors are not allowed to bring umbrellas into the Exhibition Venue. There are umbrella stands available at the cloakroom. Youseum does not accept responsibility for damage to or loss or theft of goods left by Visitors
7.7 Youseum does not offer access for strollers, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, etc. There is no space available outside the Venue to park such items.
8. Camera Surveillance and Privacy Policy
8.1 Camera surveillance will, from time to time, occur in the Venue for security reasons. For more details concerning
8.2 Youseum takes the protection of your privacy very seriously and commits to process the Personal data it collects or receives from You in accordance with GDPR.
9.Liability and Force Majeure
9.1 If Youseum is delayed in, or prevented from, performing any of its obligations under the general terms and conditions due to events which are beyond its reasonable control, including but not be limited to war, act of war, terrorism, natural disasters, diseases, government action or omission, new or changed legislation, conflict in the labour market, blockade, fire, flood, serious disruption of telecommunications, loss of or destruction of large-scale data or property of significant importance, other extensive damage or accident of a larger extent and similar circumstances, Youseum shall be entitled to defer enforcement for as long as is necessary to eliminate the effects of such event. Youseum is not responsible for damage or loss that may occur to You as a result of the performance being deferred in accordance with the above.
9.2 Youseum is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by non-compliance of the general terms and conditions, from time to time, current Venue rules or instructions from the Staff.
10.Complaints
10.1 If You have a complaint, You can turn to the entrance desk for a complaint form. The completed complaint form can subsequently be handed in to the entrance desk. Complaints can also be submitted in writing to hello@youseum.se.
11. Applicable law and disputes
11.1 These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the substantive law of Sweden.
11.2 To have a dispute tried, you may also contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Sw. Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN). Information on how to report a matter to the National Board for Consumers can be found at arn.se.
11.3 You may also submit a complain directly online via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform, which can be found via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you submit a complain via this platform, your case will be automatically forwarded to the correct competent nationally responsible dispute resolution body. The dispute resolution body will contact Youseum and try to resolve the dispute without involving a court.
11.4 Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions or which otherwise concern the legal relationship between You and Youseum, and which cannot be settled otherwise, shall be settled by a Swedish general court.
